Any cancellations to the order shall be made at least 24 hours before the actual time of delivery to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 24-hour delivery window starts.
Cancellation of the order shall be made via email with the subject line: “Cancellation Request” and must be sent to support@mrballoonwala.com. The email must include the following details:
a. Order ID
b. Cancellation Reason
Cancellation shall be initiated only after a formal request is received at support@mrballoonwala.com, and the refund amount will be credited to the same account from which it was deducted. This process may take 7 to 10 working days.
Refund Policy
Refunds shall be made under the following conditions:
- a. Order was canceled as per the cancellation terms.
- b. Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include cases where the recipient was not found or unavailable).
- c. If there is a complaint regarding the quality of the product delivered, we will investigate, and if the issue is confirmed, the product will either be replaced or refunded in full.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of service failure. Our team will evaluate if the order qualifies for a refund, and management’s decision will be final.
The refund amount can never exceed the amount paid by the customer. We are not liable for any indirect loss or claim beyond the transaction amount.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours of delivery, a 20% cancellation charge will apply.
- Discounted or exempted amounts are non-refundable.
- Any extra amount credited to Mrballoonwala by mistake or manually will not be refunded but may be adjusted against future orders.
- In all cancellation-related matters, Mrballoonwala reserves the right to take the final decision.
Mrballoonwala reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any substantial changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website.
Cancellation Policy for Decoration Packages
Booking Policy:
We recommend booking at least 7-10 days before your event to ensure availability. However, we do accept last-minute bookings up to 12 hours before the event, depending on slot availability. Please confirm availability by calling us at +91-.
Balloon Decoration Cancellations:
- Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund
- 24 to 72 hours before the event: ₹1000 or 50% of the booking amount, whichever is lower
- 4–7 days before the event: ₹500 flat cancellation charge
- More than 7 days before the event: No cancellation charge
In case of rain, hailstorm, or any other Act of God, only rescheduling is allowed — no cancellation or refund. Perishable items are non-refundable/non-cancelable.
No Cancellations on the Following Dates:
- 13th & 14th February (Valentine’s Day packages)
- 25th December (Christmas)
- 31st December & 1st January (New Year)
- Or any other special day for special packages
Room & Candle Light Dinner Packages:
- 50% cancellation fee applies regardless of cancellation date
- In some packages, no refund is provided once booked
Wedding Events Cancellation Policy:
- Flat cancellation charge of ₹2500 applies to all wedding and flower decoration bookings
- No refund if canceled within 2 days of the event date
- Reason: Wedding decorators are scheduled in advance, especially during peak seasons
Reschedule Policy:
- Less than 24 hours before the event: No rescheduling (except in special cases)
- 24 hours to 3 days before the event: Rescheduling allowed at zero fee
- More than 3 days before the event: Rescheduling allowed at zero fee
No rescheduling allowed for bookings on 13th–14th February, 25th & 31st December, or other special packages
Other Important Info:
- Cakes and bouquets cannot be canceled on the same day as the scheduled experience.
- For hotel stays, only guests 18+ years of age are allowed.
- Maximum 2 guests per room.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM.
- Sunday: Office closed
